Redbus Poor Passenger Service

Myself Ishwarya, i had book suraj holidays (AC sleeper) from Nagercoil to salem on 6 September 2022. The passenger pick up time is 9.40pm but, the bus came after 10 pm. At 2.15am the bus got breakdown and no alternate bus was provided till morning.m 7. 30 am. After 5 hours of long waiting again I asked the driver when bus will get started ?. Then he replied after half and hour another bus will come. The bus was supposed to reach at 4.45 am and i planned my day according to this time. But things got worsened, I was totally tensed because i hav to reach the office today on time. Since 2.15 am i was unable to sleep and got tensed when i will reach the destination. Then, the normal seater bus came and around 1.00 pm i got doubt that so far salem not yet came?? And i asked the driver,
he was telling salem have crossed and he was telling they didn’t inform about this stop to him. I have already told the suraj holidays driver to let me know when salem reached. But no driver from suraj holidays was in this bus. Because of this poor passenger service, i was unable to reach the office and i have asked permission to my higher officials, also i have to bear the burden of loss of pay from my salary. I was totally disappointed, paying amount for ac sleeper i travelled more hours in normal seater. For 6hours 45mins travel i travelled morethan 15 hours. And also they dropped me at somewhere else which was unfamiliar to me so far from salem. From there i have again travelled to salem. I felt really really bad about this travel, lack of sleep and long hrs travel in the bus which was the bus other than i booked made me to feel that i have to think twice or more before booking a bus for traveling. But i hope redbus will provide compensation regarding this issue and provide me the solution as soon as possible. Please refund the ticket fare of 1836.44 from suraj holidays.
