I booked bus service from Haldwani to Hardoi Dated 29/04/2023 through goibibo and the carrier was Samay Shatabdi Travels Pvt. Ltd and Paid INR 1221 for my journey ticket,
But when i reached the boarding point i was told that the dropping point is changed when i asked for alternate bus they told me to cancel the bus booking as If cancellation is done by me then no refund will be processed and it was urgent for me to reach my destination without any other option i boarded nus but they dropped me at Bareilly Satelite and gave me 250 INR for my journey.
Isnt it ironical that they charged me INR 950 for 100 km journey and expect me to complete remaining 140 km journey with INR 250 and that too at almost midnight.From there i need to pay 4500 to cab services to reach my destination.
