Sathyam Homes Pvt Ltd is Building not quality

Dear sir,
I have purchased new home DOLLARS COLONY PLOT NO 132 sathyam homes pvt ltd tambaram chennai 10 month back. around 35L. now ground water problem (more than 3 month not used in borewell).fully air crack in my house. main door damage.Already informed multiple time on builder AND site engg also but still no response. Kindly need your support plz take action on builder side.
