Respected sir,
I am GOKUL GIRI. I applied a PERSONAL LOAN IN SAWARIYA SOLUTION AND ADVISORY. MY LOGIN ID WAS – SSF/MU026/000828.
My STORY OF LOAN as per below:-
1) 29/03/22- I applied for PERSONAL LOAN, and I got CONFIRMATION MAIL in this day. And wanted GUARANTOR but company said that he is NOT ELIGIBLE.
2) 30/03/22- Next day MRS./MS. BANDANA JI called me and PROVIDE APPROVAL LETTER. There was RS- 17500/- as SECURITY FEES which demanded between 3 Days. In this time my GRAND MOTHER was pass-way, BANDANA MAM gaves some MORE TIMES FOR DEPOSIT!
3) 17/04/22- I PAID TO COMPANY RS- 17500/-
4) 19/04/22- Company SEND PAYMENT RECEIPT.
5) 21/04/22- RECEIVED AGREEMENT LETER FOR NOTARIZED. I DID IT ON THE SAME DAY AND FORWARD IT.
6) 25/04/22- BANDANA MAM PROVIDE DISBURSEMENT FORM FOR FILL UP AND I SEND IT.
7) 26/04/22- MR. DEBRAJ JI demanded PHOTO COPY OF TWO CHEQUES . One of them will RS- 25, 00, 000/- (LOAN AMOUNT) and other is Rs- 29, 027/-(INSTALLMENT AMOUNT) IN FAVOUR OF SAWARIYA SOLUTION AND ADVISORY. That was PROVIDE BY ME on the same day.
8) 30/04/22- Received a MAIL FOR TO DIPOSITE RS- 19, 500/- as TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER FUND. MR. DEBRAJ JI consult with me and I paid it Next day.
** On this last paragraph was- “Loan will be disbursed in 3 working days.
If in case company fails to provide you loan amount from its side then in that case your full
payment will be refund back to you.”**.
9) 07/05/22- In the middle time I tried to connect many times but maximum time they didn’t respond, lastly I was with MR.KUMAR JI by phone. And he said that loan will be complete between 3 Days In the mean of 10th may.
10) 12/05/22- Waited and bounded to SEND A MAIL. Mr.Debraj ji came over phone and ASSURANCED, I got a LENDER’S AGREEMENT LETER FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE at 6.09 PM. Here lender was MR. JOHAN PAULSON FROM USA, PROMISES PAY TO THE ORDER OF B.S.I.C LIMITED.
11) 13/05/22- I send the LENDER’S AGREEMENT LETER BY DIGITALLY SIGNED.
12) 15/05/22- MR. DEBRAJ JI stated that Lender Agreement letter will be NOTARIZED.
13) 17/05/22- I GOT A MAIL FROM B.S.I C LTD stated that NOTARY SCHEDULE OF 21/05/22 AT 8.45PM TO 9.00PM.
14) 21/05/22- RECEIVED THE EXPECTED MAIL FROM B.S.I.C LIMITED AT 8.47PM.
15) 23/05/22- Again RECEIVED MAIL FOR DISBURSEMENT REGARDING stated that –
“company has received the funds in respective Indian bank account but along with this we have received one more intimation that the funds which have been transferred, cannot be utilized for few days due to government taxation as it is a bulk amount, according to this confirmation regarding funding your disbursement process schedule has been appointed 1st June to 3rd June, 2022.
And still, we are trying to get your loan file disbursement as soon as possible which we have provided disbursement timeline.”
16) 03/06/22- So I waited for my LAST TIME LINE, Now MR. SATISH JI came over by phone and I received a mail at 12.29PM stated – SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED which will SEALED AND SIGNED BY BANK MANAGER. I provided it by mail at 3.47PM.
17) 04/06/22- Called to MR.SATISH JI and he said that again THEY WILL THROUGH MAIL FOR CONFIRMATION OF SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE!
18) 07/06/22 – Branch manager were absent at 06/06/22 and 07/06/22 SHE( BANK MANAGER) REPLIED IN FRONT OF MINE AT 11.45 AM. BUT THERE WAS NO CHANGES IN WEBSITE “TRACK LOAN ” STATUS!
19) 08/06/22- I consult with MR. KUMAR JI, He send again a REMINDER MAIL TO BANK and AGIN I WENT TO BANK, REQUESTED MY BANK MANAGER- THEN SHE WAS AGREE TO LIVE THEM( SAWARIYA SOLUTION AND ADVISORY) BUT ANOTHER SIDE NO BODY RESPONSE, I SEND A MAIL IN THIS SAME TIME FROM BANK FOR CONFERMATION. I WAS HOPELESS, SHOCKED, WHOLE DAY WAITED THERE WAS NO CHANGES IN WEBSITE “TRACK LOAN” STATUS. NOR A SINGLE RESPONSE BY ANY TYPE BY ANY BODY.
20) I raised a complaint about ( Not changes of SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE PENDING) this, there after next day Mr, SATHISH JI informed that- they got the CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM MY BANK.
21) 09/06/22 – I received a mail which demand now – i) 2years ITR. & ii) NETWORTH CERTIFICATE.
I don’t know who make this NETWORTH CERTIFICATE, I send a mail about this, only in this time MR. SATISH JI call back to me and said that this will prepared by CA.
I consulted my CA, and through this ITR AND NETWORTH CERTIFICATE via email at 11/06/22.
22) 13/06/22 – SAWARIYA SOLUTION AND ADVISORY AGAIN DEMAND TWO PHOTO COPY OF CHEQUES, ONE OF WHICH LOAN AMOUNT AND OTHERS WILL EMI AMOUNT.
I sent again them.
23) 16/06/22- Today I got the email “VISIT REGARDING”.
In this mail they asked for some documents which will be shown during visiting time. And if I agree – I should to send a mail.
HERE WAS A MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THEIR MAIL, That was- “Note: Last stage of your file is progress, all formality file proxies are cleared. It will take some time and if you can wait then we will forward the process of the file. In case you cancel the file, you cannot take any claim and blame on your associate company.”
So, I was agreed with them and send a mail with my confirmation.
24) 21/06/2022 – I received this email from B.S.I.C LIMITED as below-
Dear Customer,
Processing of your loan file is going on continuously through our company.
1. Being our private investor, we will transfer you from a private funding company to a company account through consultancy.
2.lenders will arrange a meeting between the team officers at your place.
3.On the same day your loan disbursement work will be completed
4. Date 1st july 2022 Visit date and your appointment has been fixed.
5. All charges and soft copy documents given by you are safe with us by apk consent.
7.The disbursement will be done on the visit date, the officers of our company will visit in banking hours, 2 days before the company will send you the details of the visit officer.
8. There should not be any kind of misbehavior with our visit officer.
9.If you agree with the given visit date give us a revert back Cannot find any earlier date…
I revert back to them ASAP with my confirmation as per their rules!
25) 01/07/22- There was no information before 2 days, no communication with me! I tried over ph, what’s app with MR. SATISH JI, MR. DEBRAJ JI, MR.KUMAR JI but they were silenced!
After trying many times Mr.Satish ji Received my ph at evening and said that will be happen MONDAY (04/07/22).
BUT TODAY SUDDENLY I AM SEEING THAT – THERE WEBSITE WAS SUSPENDED.
I DON’T KNOW, WHAT WILL DO! PLEASE HELP ME.
