Shpere Services is Asking for money harassment

I apply capta typing work in 2018, I done the work but it was not saved after completing work, I received mail from shpere service legal department for not completing work so pay 6000 for noc other wise file a case in court, so I pay money and taking noc copy from shpere, but recently I received a call from one of they told your case was reopened and pay 100000 amount for completely close the case, he Harrasing me for money so pls help me
