I wish to raise a complaint against your Employee Indira Motling working in your Fort Branch, Mumbai – 400001. The said employee always makes customers wait and keeps herself busy with personal calls on her mobile. Still we always politely request her to process our request. One of our employees had misplaced a printout given by her so I politely requested her to give another copy. Her answer was arrogantly rude so still I requested her to read the numbers just by looking at her screen so I can make note of it. But this arrogant woman has no manners and started shouting at me loudly in front of others. Such arrogant and mannerless employees should be given strict warnings about their interaction with Bank’s customers. Some training may also help if possible. The absurd arrogance for just being a government employee is not welcomed.
