This is to your notice that SpiceJet airlines at IXB station has their own rules. I had a cabin luggage and a backpack where I had carried my laptop. I was asked to weigh both the luggage and pay extra amount of ₹3600/-. I accept the fact that my cabin luggage was 2 kgs extra and I was ready to pay for it but why weigh my laptop bag?
