Spice Jet Airlines is Non Refund of Cancelled flight due to lockdown since 3 years

With reference to the above subject and PNR no. I would like to bring to your attention that Spice Jet has not refunded the amount since 3 years.
I booked an air ticket with above PNR no. on 28th February 2020 and travel was planned for 17th April 2020 to Kochi and back on 25th April 2020 to Dubai.The flight was cancelled due to pandemic situations and I was eligible for full refund….
