I have cancelled my Airticket when SpiceJet rescheduled the flight in Oct 2022.
I have requested for refund to my Bank Account & have been waiting for the last 3 last months to get the refund and there is no proper response
They claiming the funds has been processed & i did not receive any funds in my bank account and I have shared my bank statement to them as a proof.
My concern is why they are not providing transfer/swift copy for a proof, if if processed then, i can cross check with my bank it will be very difficult to track with bank,
if they provide such proof after 6months or 1 year
