I booked two ticket from Udupi to Bangalore on 5 October 2022 of Sri Durgamba Travels Non AC sleeper bus that costed me 1600 each bus no. KA 51 D 7157 and seat no is U29 and 30. On boarding the bus I saw pillows were distributed to all other passengers except me as I was the last seat passenger, their was no head rest in the last seat, no luggage racks were not provide, seat light was not functioning, the bed cushion was uneven and not clean, curtain rod was broken, the assistent spoke rudely when questioned. I don’t recommend anyone to travel buy this bus agency.
