This is to bring to your notice that I have shipped a parcel from Arakkonam to
Mohammedpur Siwan District, Bihar, Tracking Number in the name of Fazalur Rehman.
It is the duty of delivery boy to delivery at his doorstep, but your delivery boy Vishal Yadav who has called the customer and asked them come and collect the parcel from the place, when the customer has send the location to the delivery boy he refused to deliver the parcel at the door step and started using bad words, and he left from there.
In the status your delivery boy has mentioned “Consignee address Incorrect.
Customer has given us one day time or file a complaint against the delivery boy in the police station.
If the address is in correct, he got the customer mobile number and location.
Looking forward for your immediate action and see that the item is delivered by tomorrow.
