Stanza Living is Not getting refund

My name is Amit
I have stayed in St Petersberg stanza living Bangalore for 2 months. Even though the agreement period is 3 months stanza living agreed for the stay of 2 months and promised to return the security deposit.
I left stanza living property on 31st may 2023 and till now I didn’t receive my security deposit from stanza, I have mailed my complaint to stanza operation team many times and contacted them regarding this issue, no proper response has been given from their side, I have paid all my dues on time, I request stanza Living team to address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    I gave Rs 6,000 as the token money for reserving my bed in San Diego, Stanza Living in New Delhi. It’s a girl’s pg, and I reserved the bed for my daughter. The condition on which I gave 6,000 was that the money was fully refundable without any terms and conditions, as said by all the 4-5 employees of the firm, especially Hemani, Palak and Rohit, from whom we had the dealing. Even there were no conditions were mentioned on the payment receipt in written. But as we asked for the refund due to personal reasons, they straight way refused it. The company is totally fraud as none of the employees had ID cards, which associated them with the company. Worst experience, and the company is totally fraud.
