I have made train ticket booking from Lucknow to New Delhi. Train Detail are herewith mentioned below.

My ticket was in waiting. But could my seat was not confirmed & henceforth was not travelled. I have seen the Refund status of 2310/- was made on 28th Jun’22 by Stelling Technologies Private Limited but I have not received refund amount into my account.
I also tried to approach Stelling Technologies Private Limited but could not received any contact details. So request to please help me out to get the refund into my account.
