Sterling Holidays Resorts Need Refund

My wife had booked 1 rooms in Sterling Wayanad for one night Rs 7, 589. The booking was made on 3rd of october and the dates of Booking were 30th Sep. Booking id “NMWWAY”

It is clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation that I can cancel the booking and get refund at-least 48 hours before. Later I realised that I won’t be able to travel that day and so I had to cancel the booking through their online portal. The status of the booking is in cancelled in the portal. Its been 10 days and I haven’t received my refund. I mailed to the customer support regarding the same but so far haven’t received any response from them.

I am attaching the email as well as the booking confirmation receipt “towards the bottom” it says cancellation is possible until 48hrs.

Appreciate if this could be resolved and my refund is processed to the original payment mode.
