I am going through the same pain. The lease amount of 18 lakhs (Dads hard earned pensioner) was supposed to be refunded in October 2022 but I never heard from them.
They didn’t paid rent to owner for the last 3 months and now I am getting the heated words from the owner of disrupting the water and electricity to my flat.
Key Staffs are absconding and office staffs were trained to fool the customers to buy time.
Appeal to the concered to take appropriate action.
