We were reached out by Sanjana Singh last week(19 dec’2022) for a promotional event held by Tag vacations club at Mohan tulip(Ambala), upon reaching there on 22nd December’2022 we met Sahil Siddiqui and Tejaswini Sharma, they told us about their membership program and we liked their 5 year plan which was costing 68, 000(paid in full on 22nd December). We were told that they will contact us for the further confirmation and membership document. We received a call next day from them for the membership confirmation, however the terms and conditions were not the same as were told to us during the promotional event. My Husband denied to agree to their terms and conditions as they were not same per our chat with Sahil and Tejaswini, therefore the customer support told us that they will reach out to us again after talking to their employees. Its been 5 days and we are trying to reach out to Sanjana, Tejaswini and Sahil and we have not received any calls from them. Their customer care support is a joke. 3 people picked up the call during my three attempts to reach out to them today(Second person – Dev and third person being – Aman, do not remember the name of the person who picked the first call). Upon telling them the same thing thrice, the third person was laughing all the time and not understanding the seriousness of the situation.
