The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd is Misleading consumers with their membership plan

I had purchased membership at Park priviera around October. First of all I was told by their representatives Ikram and his deputy as appended below communication solely basis which I subscribed the membership. I wasn’t told about blackout dates, festival dates, e.t.c. the accommodation options that they shared compared to the ones given are below standard not even close to 4 star. even they said their website mentions all these brands like radission, hyatt, jw marriot, ITC, e.t.c. which is also there. Its sad to see such a misleading . I am a professional and trusted their services. I would have got these reservations much below even your membership rates.
