I have ordered dog food through website thepetcare.in of 12 kg bag for Rs. 7663.00 prepaid booking on 10.06.2022. I have contacted the mobile number trough call and what’s app to the provided number. They keep on telling that shipping the item where as even after 20 days they didn’t. Refund requested but not processed and not attending to calls or mail. It’s been more than one month but neither shipped nor refund given. Regd.
