Travel Triangle Need Refund and totally Fraud

I had booked (Id: 10178381 date:29/12/2022) goa trip for 3 adults and 1 kid from travel triangle’s website from yatrify from agent named ms khushbu and they frauded me entire trip.
1. I had booked for sightseeing cab which i had categorically asked for swift dzire ac and they added extra price for that. But on first day (Jan 12) their cab operator rudely told me they will not provide that as that is not available to which i asked for better or similar transport on which he said go talk to person you booked with. Here the agent and travel triangle stopped taking my calls. Finally, they sent a very old figo where ac was full on smelling. We took it for the day trip since we had already wasted a lot of time. Driver was courteous but cab was really bad and my kid ended up vomiting due to smell and we had to cut our sightseeing. When i complained to yatrify’s contact they mentioned that “just because you paid does not mean we owe you anything”
2. On day 2 (Jan 13), we had to check out from hotel and move to a different hotel. Agent had informed that cab will be coming at 10 and they have requested early check-in to next hotel. We got a call at 10:30 that driver is coming in 5 minutes and we should complete the check-out formality. We completed it but driver came only at 11 after a lot of calls (Luckily dzire at this time but again with foul smelling ac). When we arrived at next hotel they were not informed of early check-in request. The hotel staff was courteous and gave a room after 30 minutes wait following which we immediately left for sightseeing since it was almost 12. The driver said they will only do sight seeing till 6 even though it was he who was late. Again we missed a fort and a beach on the schedule.
3. On night of day 2 we had booked a dinner cruise (8pm to 11 pm) along with pickup and drop for that. While booking agent had told that they will increase the quote by 1500*3 for including this. They told us to be ready by 7pm which we were but no pickup was done. On following up they told hotel is at odd location and asked us to manage on our own which we declined since the hotel itself was booked by them. They said they will refund the amount which now they were saying is 3300 only. We did not have any option. Then again at 8 pm they called they will arrange a pickup for us and do the cruise at 9-12, we still agreed and waited but noone came for pickup till 9 and we were left frustrated. I had to get a taxi on my own cost (900) and go for dinner as the hotel was in a location where there were no eateries.
4. On day 3, we had 8 hr sightseeing and airport drop. Once again they did not send the driver on time and we had to make multiple calls to get that only by 11. Once again we could not go to some of the spots because of delay.

They, still have not processed any refunds. I want following refunded
1. 1st day of sightseeing as they did not provide the cab we booked
2. Rs 4500 extra amount we paid for dinner cruise w/ pickup and drop which they did not provide
