I was waiting in madiwala police station bus stop to board the bus, driver called i did not notice the call so left the police station bus stop, another 5 min i called the driver he said he left madiwala so he ask me come E.city. I was coming in auto to catch the with my wife and child he not even waited 5 min E.city and he asking me come hosur again. What kind customer service this? I was calling the driver no response… He left EC. In Bangalore trafic some i used to wait for 1hr gor the universal buses… But he not even waited for 5 min..
