We joined the membership in aug 2021 with karma resorts ( Name changed now to valorah) and paid full membership fee for 10 years.. since the time we reached out to the company for complementry try they started making ways by saying pandemic then again no slots available, have to book 90 Days prior, we did the slot booking and after 2 months also no response received. We got back to them many times through email and call but no response, if so they lift the call they would say u will receive confirmation in 2 to 3 days. Now the slot booked is showing refused as well. Plz take necessary action. We can go so far to bring our hard earned money back. Such a faurd company. Looting money from us.
