I have booked a flat in silicon shelter coimbatore project on january 2014 having as per the agreement the flat was to be given from 36 months of foundation
of tower which as such was Dec 2015 but yet now no possession has being provided also I have paid 95% of the flat cost but the construction is not
complete.The the builder after repeatedA request has failed to resolve the issue also has not provided any fixed date for possession.
