I have purchased the service in August 2022.
I have send several mails to the Customer care, no one is ready to talk, no reply from company. Toll free number is auto disconnecting, sales person from whom, I have purchased the Services, they are also not picking calls.
What ever they were promised at the time of giving membership, now they are denying, and one new thing they are telling whenever you will avail the service, you need to pay Annual Maintenance charge, that is approx, 11000.
I have asked, please return my money, they are simply telling, it is non refundable.
