Vtu Belgaum Not Returning Education Certifications

I zeba joined for engineering In Cambridge institute of technology North campus, during admission I submitted original documents of PU markscards and SSLC markscard original, 1year only one sem I attended and second semester I didn’t attend classes I just wanted to quit engineering, and join for any degree but principal sir of Cambridge institute of technology North campus is my not giving my original documents and asking me to pay fees of second year and second semester, but I want my PU and SSLC markscard before 30dec2022 please help me and urgently i want my markscards please.They are saying if I play fees then only I will get my original documents From vtu sir.
