I joined xcelserv in December 2021. I worked there for two months and no salary was being credited to my account. I asked them for salary continuously and they told me that they would credit it on the 20th, then 25th then next month and after a few days they sent me a message that I have been terminated for no reason and on top of that they didn’t pay me the dues. No salary for 2 months and then they threw me out without any reason.
I continuously chased them via email and phone, but no response. It’s been 6 months and I got an email from their accounts department today with a form-16b, mentioning that I have been paid INR 77, 000/- which I never received. I immediately emailed back and asked them about it, but no reply. I called them 100 times at least but nobody picked up the phone. Sometimes the calls were on waiting though. They were avoiding my calls deliberately.
During my tenure, they forced me every day to do overtime and never paid even the basic wages.
