We are at interlaken switzerland at park hotel betenberg. Booked by yorker holidys pvt ltd delhi.
No tv in room. No room service. Breakfast is so so. No arrangement in room for tea etc. Rooms are quite good. But hotel is far away from city area. We have to travel 25 km to take lunch and dinner. Driver refused to go for dinner, anyhow we managed packed dinner.
We are in group travelling switzerland with yorker holidays delhi. They have booked hotel without in room tea facility. At engelberg we are staying here and for lunch we have been taken to lucern just for lunch, when in itinery it is at mount titlis. Driver was creating scene in taking us to lucern because his itinery did not have this.
Yorker people knowingly doing this, thus they are creating trouble to us. For lunch and dinner the venue is being changed every time.
Yorker has removed lucern cruise also from itinery.
I have observed that just to mint money, yorker has changed venue and itinery as they got full money and they did not give any agreement for itinery.
Please be aware of yorker holidays while booking travel.
I am not going to book this travel again.
When we have paid all, we are in their hands.
Today his driver refused to take us to hotel for dinner, we had to go for dinner on foot and came back and climbed stairs up to hotel. For what the driver have been paid and even daily tip by group members.
Nobody of yorker team at this place coordinating.
Thanks to mranil singh of my group, who any how managed our lunch and dinner.
So pl before booking through yorker group, think again and again. My rating is 3/5 for this.
