Zingbus is worse treatment by staff and customer service

I booked Zing on 3rd December to go back to Delhi from Manali. When I boarded the Bus, the seats were wet from water or vomit, I am not quite sure of that. When I asked the bus marshall, they provided me with a piece of clotH.

The whatsapp customer service was useless as expected, and when I complained to them, they said, You were already provided with a piece of cloth so that you don’t get wet. The bus was cold, and my seats were wet. The temperature outside was cold but the temperature inside was even worse for me and my partner because of those wet seats. We asked the marshal to provide other seats but they denied. We had to deboard because of the worse services, worse treatment by staff and customer service. I asked for refund and they denied it.
